His experience includes a broad spectrum of over 25 years in the security industry with such companies as Ross Stores, Inc., Circle K, Target Stores, Wherehouse Entertainment and J. C. Penney’s. 

In addition he is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and is 'Board Certified in Security Management' through the American Society of Industrial Security of which he is a member.
